Mission Statement

We are a family-owned, small business. Our mission is to provide pure, cold-pressed oil to everyone. It is a nonsense-free oil for cooking and for general consumption. Our process is traditional and simple. Basically, we squeeze the seeds, which release oil and we bottle it while fresh at the source in high quality glass bottles — not the plastic bottles. Plastic often mingles with food, leading to cancers and numerous other non-curable diseases.

There is no other processing of the oil. We do not use high temperatures to “cure” the oils, a process that destroys the nutrients in the oil. Neither we use any chemicals such as bleaching. Nor we add any flavors or aromas to artificially make it appear as “healthy.”

The seeds are organic (official certification coming soon). Our fields are not treated with any chemicals whatsoever. Only natural soil nutrients such as animal waste and dead plants that go back into the earth. We strive to be competetive in prices with major corporations and hope that you choose health over a popular brand name.

Honesty Check:

We sell only the products that our family consumes. We use clarified butter for most of our cooking, especially food that requires high temperatures to cook such as frying. We use butter for foods that does not require high temperature such as in cooking eggs. We use seed oils if clarified butter is not available. Also, we consume seed oil in its raw, uncooked form as a nutritious source of healthy fats. It is great on light meals such as salads.
